Achieve Production Targets
Ensure production is completed as per the CWO/Production Schedule while meeting productivity targets and minimizing downtime.
Maintain Product Quality
Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to reduce defects and customer returns.
Optimize Resource Utilization
Efficiently manage manpower, machines, materials, and inventory to minimize wastage and maximize machine uptime.
Ensure Safety and 5S Compliance
Maintain proper material stacking, follow fire safety guidelines, and adhere to 5S standards to create a protected and organized workplace.
Lead and Develop the Team
Conduct regular worker meetings, allocate resources effectively, make timely production and quality decisions, and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
