About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Development Engineer I (SDE I) to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) along with hands-on experience in backend development using Java or Python. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Solve complex technical problems using robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.




Debug production issues and implement effective solutions.
Continuously learn and adopt current technologies and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Proficiency in Java or Python for backend development.
Positive understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
