Location: Chennai | Shift: US Night Shift | Work Mode: Work from Office

Join our US HRO team to deliver exceptional HR support across HR Operations, Ask HR, Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Advantages, and Talent Management. Youll partner with global stakeholders to provide accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver HR Shared Services across one or more specialized HR functions.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, HR inquiries, payroll, compensation, or talent processes.
Resolve complex employee cases while ensuring compliance with US HR policies and regulations.
Maintain HR data accuracy and support enterprise HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or ServiceNow.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and manage escalations (Lead roles). Qualifications

Experience
L2 (Senior Associate): 2 5 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience.
L3 (Lead):



4 7 years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise and mentoring or leadership exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in HR Operations, Ask HR, US Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Advantages, Talent Management, or HR Shared Services.
Experience supporting US HR or Payroll processes is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with experience supporting US-based employees and customers.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to work US night shifts from the Chennai office.
