Job Title: Offline Marketing Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Real Estate

Experience: +4 Years (Real Estate experience is mandatory)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute offline marketing activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in print media, outdoor branding, vendor coordination, and on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate newspaper, magazine, brochure, and print advertisements.
Manage hoardings, banners, site branding, and outdoor media.
Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and printing partners.
Organize project launches, customer events, exhibitions, and channel partner meets.
Ensure timely installation and maintenance of branding materials.
Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution.
Support campaign budgeting, billing, and vendor payments.




Identify high-footfall locations for outdoor branding and promotional activities.

Requirements:
+4 years of offline marketing experience in the real estate industry.
Solid knowledge of outdoor advertising, print media, and branding.
Experience in vendor management and event coordination.
Positive communication, planning, and execution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
