Aspire Systems is is looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise and a solid grasp of the US staffing landscape.

Job Location: Chennai (Siruseri SIPCOT)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Work Mode: Hybrid

Requirements :
Minimum 2 to 5 years of solid sourcing experience in IT domain, preferably from a consulting background.
The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift.
Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Outlook (or similar email application) and use of search string to find the right candidate in a short span of time.
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using positive judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
Familiar with US work visas, US tax terms, different work status and Time Zone.
Candidates with Hands-on experience with end to end IT Recruiting will be given preference.
The candidate must posses excellent connect with vendors.
The candidates to have minimum understanding on contract agreements.
Fluent communication skills: This role requires daily coordination (Call &email;) with Candidates, Vendors, team leads and account managers therefore, fluency in English is mandatory.




Thorough understanding of IT domain- Skills, Market trends.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job description
Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Staffing process.
Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills via LinkedIn Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by screening, and interviewing the candidate.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client.
Exposure towards working in ATS and should capture all the activity in it.
Sending daily activity reports of submitting and interview updates to the leads.
Explicit understanding of US advantages, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions.
