Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:
Santosh Starch Products Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of PF and ESIC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Handle PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee perks.
Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain HR MIS.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Mandatory hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
