Role & responsibilities
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, train tickets, hotel accommodations, visa assistance, airport transfers, and local transportation.
Coordinate travel itineraries for employees, senior management, directors, and visiting guests.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors to secure competitive rates and timely bookings.
Ensure compliance with the company's travel policy and approved budgets.
Manage travel-related documentation, including travel requests, approvals, itineraries, invoices, and reimbursement records.
Provide travel support and assistance for last-minute changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency travel requirements.
Track travel expenses and maintain accurate records for reporting and audit purposes.
Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance,



and other travel-related formalities when required.
Maintain a database of travel vendors and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
Prepare periodic reports on travel expenditure, travel frequency, and vendor performance.
Support administrative activities related to employee and management travel requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel coordination, travel desk operations, corporate travel management, or a similar administrative role.
Experience in handling domestic and international travel arrangements for corporate employees and senior management.
Familiarity with travel booking portals and travel agency coordination preferred.
