Responsibilities:
Program and manage surveys using Qualtrics, including data analysis and reporting
Design and execute survey outreach using Mailchimp, including managing recruitment lists
Apply best practices in quantitative and qualitative research design to develop effective questionnaires
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Analyze data and translate findings into transparent insights and actionable recommendations.
Create visually engaging tables, charts, and graphics in PowerPoint for client presentations
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables while maintaining a solid attention to detail
Contribute to the creative direction of projects, bringing cutting-edge ideas and solutions to the table, identifying opportunities for innovation and experimentation, and incorporating new trends, technologies,
or techniques to improve the impact of deliverables.
Take ownership of your own professional growth, actively seeking out opportunities for skill development through workshops, courses, and industry events, and leading or facilitating internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams capabilities and understanding of industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 5 8 years of experience in market research, survey management, or consulting support roles, preferably with exposure to tools like Qualtrics and Mailchimp.
Preferred Degree: Degree in Market Research or Marketing Analytics.
