Toreto Retail Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and brand of consumer electronics and mobile accessories. Our product portfolio includes Audio Devices, Smart Wearables, Power Essentials, Curated Lifestyle Tech, Home Essentials, Car Accessories, and Creator Accessories. We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to manage billing operations and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end billing operations for distributors, dealers, and customers.
Generate GST invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and e-way bills.
Verify pricing, schemes, discounts, and tax calculations before invoice processing.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor pending orders, billing status, and dispatch coordination.
Reconcile billing records and resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company billing policies.




Prepare billing MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer and internal team queries related to billing.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field (B.Com preferred).
3–6 years of experience in billing operations within a manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution company.
Hands-on experience with ERP software, GST billing, e-way bills, and invoicing.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet billing deadlines.
