Job Description Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Architectural Design Sales Assistant to join our team in Kochi. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in premium sales , who excel at understanding customer needs, building relationships, and closing high-value deals. Experience in architectural design is not mandatory .
Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and qualify potential leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural design solutions.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings with architects.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with architects and the design team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in premium sales (mandatory).
Experience in luxury real estate, premium automobiles, jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, banking, interiors, or similar high-value sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling premium or luxury products/services.
Ability to engage and manage high-net-worth clients.
Robust relationship-building and closing skills.
