We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior People Manager to join us. This is a newly created role which will strengthen and mature our India based team as we continue to scale. This is a hands-on, high impact position, requiring resilience, sound judgement and robust stakeholder management in a complex, matrixed environment.
You will act as a trusted partner to the India leadership team, whilst remaining firmly embedded within, and accountable to the global People structure. Success in this role requires someone commercially savvy, and confident enough to constructively challenge senior stakeholders when needed.
This role is critical in ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable HR operations in India, fully aligned with global people priorities.
You will:
Establish robust,
aligned People leadership in India that is fully integrated with the global People strategy.
Provide hands-on oversight of People operations, compliance and employee relations.
Build credibility locally while reinforcing transparent reporting lines and governance within a matrix structure.
Strengthen performance culture, accountability and leadership capability.
