Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of medicines and admit patients.
Contact associations and increase number of contacts.
Draw attention of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to address problems and queries raised.
Place orders for additional items and restock shelves.
Maintain daily records of medicine consumables and indent usage.
Organize the pharmacy efficiently for easier and faster product identification.
Check batch expiry dates of medicines following FIFO protocol.
Monitor and analyze the health of patients and respect the drugs given to them.
Supervise the medicine store and take proper care of medicines.
Provide assistance with medical services like injections and blood pressure/temperature measurements.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.
Requirements:
B Pharmacy or D Pharmacy with a valid license.
Experience range of 0 to 3 years in stores/pharmacy.
Graduation degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm) or relevant.
Knowledge of maintaining records, pharmacy files, and inventories.
Positive communication skills to listen to customer needs and provide relevant information and advice.
Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
Qualifications:
Graduation in B Pharmacy, D Pharmacy, or M Pharmacy.
Registered with the Pharmacy Council in the respective state.
Diploma holders in pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized university or institute.
Obtain a valid license as per the location's regulations.
