Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and promote products, offers, and current collections.
Follow up with customers who have visited the showroom or made inquiries.
Schedule appointments and showroom visits for customers.
Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
