Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital or diagnostic center to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Manage and coordinate hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, technicians, pharmacy personnel, and administrative teams.
Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage hospital inventory, medical supplies, and stock availability.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
Handle administrative activities and support hospital management in achieving operational goals.
Maintain quality standards, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Prepare operational reports and maintain MIS as required by the management.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
