Experience
5 to 10 years in Precast Production & Site Erection

Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant precast experience

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating precast concrete production, transportation, and site erection while ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily/weekly precast production.
Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, demoulding, and storage.
Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality compliance.
Manage transportation and erection of precast elements.
Supervise lifting, alignment, grouting, and installation activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Logistics, and Site teams.




Track project progress and prepare periodic reports.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of precast production and erection.
Experience with columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, staircases, hollow-core slabs, retaining walls, drains, and compound walls.
Ability to read structural/shop drawings.
Knowledge of lifting, rigging, IS Codes, PCI guidelines, and quality standards.
Valuable leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

MS Project / Primavera
Microsoft Excel

Preferred
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure precast projects.
Exposure to heavy lifting/crane operations.
Knowledge of post-tensioning and precast connection systems is an added advantage.
