Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and current clients.
Customer Service:Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Sales & Business Development:Identifying current business opportunities, prospecting for leads, and closing sales.
Account Management:Managing existing accounts, tracking performance, and reporting on account status.
Product/Service Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on company offerings and promoting relevant solutions to clients.
Communication & Collaboration:Communicating effectively with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Paperwork & Reporting:Managing paperwork related to orders, invoices, and contracts, as well as generating reports.
