About Baclinc

Baclinc is a digital marketing agency based in Powai, Mumbai, working with brands across SEO, social media, performance marketing, content, and web development.
You’ll join our existing content and creative team , work alongside experienced team members, and get the opportunity to learn while creating content for brands across different industries.

What You’ll Do

Edit short-form videos, reels, social media content, ads, and brand videos
Create AI-generated videos and visuals using tools like Gemini, Higgsfield, and other emerging AI platforms
Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and engaging visual elements
Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva for day-to-day production
Turn scripts, briefs, raw footage, and ideas into polished videos
Collaborate with our content, design, and marketing teams
Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats to continuously improve output

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of video editing experience
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva




Experience or genuine hands-on interest in AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini, and similar platforms
Ability to create basic animations and motion graphics
Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, music, typography, and social-first content
Comfortable learning current creative and AI tools quickly
Education must be completed. This role is not suitable for candidates currently pursuing college or full time education.
Must be able to commute to our Powai office

Work Details

Location: Powai, Mumbai
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office. This is not a work-from-home or remote role.
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturdays Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month
