Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST),
connectors,and branch-generated leads.
• Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate
business.
• Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products (e.g., Personal Loan,
Business Loan) to LAP/Mortgage customers.
• Engage with internal teams including branches and tele-calling units for lead
generation and conversions.
• Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.
• Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
