FS :

CNS - RISK - PROCESS CONTROLS :
Perform hands-on task related to KYC and account opening (Including working with front office on information and documents, update system with relevant details, perform checks, validate upload documents, manage pipeline for recent accounts and KYC rolling review KYC refresh)
Produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
Review and assess negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary
Meeting production target volumes and dates as advised
Apply a risk-based approach to customer due diligence, supporting Standard, Enhanced, and Ongoing Due Diligence requirements.
Communication with the front office staff and other employees involved in the maintenance of internal control standards
Identify and resolve or escalate, as appropriate, any issues in relation to the onboarding process
Conduct Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screenings through World-Check and other Barclays proprietary tools to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and heightened risk individuals and organizations




Adhere to data confidentiality, information security, and internal control standards at all times
Support periodic KYC reviews and trigger event reviews (e.g. changes in ownership, control, or risk profile)

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification
Bachelor of Commerce

Experience
Financial Analysis (3+ years)
