Role & Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Configure and support Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform applications.
Design and implement business processes, workflows, and automation using Power Automate.
Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, plugins, business rules, JavaScript, and custom workflows.
Customize Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external applications using REST APIs and Web APIs.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and maintain source code using Git/Azure DevOps.

Preferred Candidate Profile
34 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).




Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Service Automation (PSA) is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and/or Canvas Apps), and Dataverse.
Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, business rules, Business Process Flows, security roles, solution management, and integrations.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced workplace.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
