Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Explain diagnostic services, test details and appointment procedures
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information
Coordinate with branches and internal departments
Provide polite, skilled and timely customer support
Requirements Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer and data-entry knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly and handle customer enquiries
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or healthcare services is preferred
