Essential Job Functions
Analyze and review key metrics to identify payment trends and ensure compensation calculations and processes are accurate.
Validate and organize large amounts of data for internal and external payments.
Manage partner onboarding and partner updates, including banking, entity, A&A;, and related information.
Maintain residual payment schedules for accounting and audit purposes.
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams on various AP/AR activities.
Identify and recommend improvements to departmental processes.
Monitor revenue portfolios and schedule changes to validate agent pricing and ensure accurate billing.
Generate ad hoc reports and support current assignments as required.
Monitor reports for anomalies resulting from process, product,or environmental changes.
Facilitate process flow redesign and streamline associateddata tasks.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and other teams onKPIs, dashboard reporting,
and analytical tools to provideaccurate and relevant data.
Drive process improvements and review workflows to ensurequality and adherence to internal standards.
Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Robust Excel skills.
Entry-level experience with SQL queries.
Knowledge of T-SQL.
Experience with Stored Procedures.
1–4+ years of experience in a related commissions field orwithin the Payments Industry.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
