VTR Industries is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our range of WPC boards, doors, and frames. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers

Handle inbound inquiries related to products and services

Explain product features like waterproof, termite-proof, and durable WPC solutions

Generate and maintain leads database

Follow up with clients to close sales opportunities

Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

Maintain daily call reports and performance records





Requirements

Valuable communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Preferred Skills

Experience in telecalling / sales / customer support

Knowledge of building materials / WPC products (optional)
