Assist senior chefs in preparing South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, appam, and curries.
Help in basic food preparation including cutting vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and preparing batter.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and support smooth kitchen operations.
Learn standard recipes, food presentation, and cooking methods.
Assist in storing food items properly and maintaining stock hygiene.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Support the kitchen team during busy operational hours.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and teamwork within the department.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
