Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in our company systems. As this is an entry-level position, we are looking for motivated freshers with strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and a commitment to data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Input text-based and numerical information from source documents into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems within defined time limits.
Data Verification: Review data for deficiencies, errors, or inaccuracies, and verify accuracy by comparing data to source documents before final submission.
Data Integrity: Correct inconsistencies, update outdated records, and ensure information is complete.
Documentation: Organize, scan, and store documents in designated locations to ensure easy retrieval.
Quality Control: Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Confidentiality:



Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company protocols regarding data security.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with solid computer proficiency are encouraged to apply).
Typing Speed: Exceptional typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (typically 35–50+ WPM).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
Attention to Detail: Robust focus on precision to identify data errors quickly.
Time Management: Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
