Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Operations Executive to support end-to-end export operations, including order processing, export documentation, shipment coordination, customs documentation, and shipment tracking. The role involves working closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely and compliant export shipments.

Key Responsibilities
Book export, domestic, and sample orders in the ERP system.
Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, and other shipment documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for shipment booking and customs clearance.
Track export shipments and provide shipment updates.
Verify freight and shipping documents.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, Finance,



and Customer Service teams for smooth export operations.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
BBA (Logistics) added advantage.
02 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Positive verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of export documentation and logistics is an added advantage.
ERP knowledge is preferred.
Solid coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
