Profile: Titan - Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 CTC
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the following:
Inbound Customer Support
Email Support
Chat Support
Freshers are not eligible.
Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or above
Languages: Fluent English and Hindi
Versant Level 4 proficiency required.
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts
Female employees: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
Male employees: Between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)
Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week.
