Requirements:
2–5 years of CRM management experience.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Robust communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
Experience in MIS report generation and customer analytics.
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Certification in CRM tools is a plus.
Immediate joiner preferred.
