Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical efforts with business goals, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing project activities and driving the team towards successful implementation of custom software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Python (Programming Language), Spring Boot, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Spring Boot, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with database management and query languages.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
