About the role

We are looking for Production Associates to assist managers and executives with tasks in the factory. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Monitoring daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the Production Executives with planning and maintaining production data
Maintain discipline in the production area
Learn about tools like 5S and maintain them on machines
Coordinating with workers to achieve production targets.
Ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintaining production records and preparing daily production reports.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

About you:
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months or more of experience in Production are also encouraged to apply.




Understand the importance of coordination amongst the team
Positive technical understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Basic knowledge of production planning, shop floor operations, and safety practices will be an added advantage.
Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team-oriented setting.
Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related technical field will be preferred.
