As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.

Lead the development and deployment of creative technology strategies that support enterprise-wide objectives.

Mentor junior team members to build their capabilities and support their qualified growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
Robust knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and integration approaches.
Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
Proven capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
