Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster qualified growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
Ability to design scalable and productive data pipelines.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows.
Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
