Database systems competence is expected
Familiarity with data analysis and/or reporting

More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
Delivers a work product that requires less revision
Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Knowledge: Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g.,



Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite, QlikView)
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights
Familiarity with relational database concepts, querying, data warehouses, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools is a plus (preferred)
Prior experience using statistical software or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools (SSRS, SAS, etc.)
Experience: Bachelor s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience required
