Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our team at Gole Rd, Moshi- Pune locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads from various marketing campaigns and databases.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly lead generation and site visit.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Site visits scheduled and completed.
Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.
Customer follow-up effectiveness.
CRM data accuracy and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
