Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and departmental financial plans.
Review financial statements, invoices, and payment processes.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial documentation.
Monitor expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial regulations.
Coordinate payroll data and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.




Coordinate with internal departments and management for financial planning and decision-making

Preferred candidate profile
CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance / M.Com.
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Information Systems and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
