The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Technical ITES recruiter for Bulk hiring to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidate through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork.

The Responsibilities:
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks as need
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and recent hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Additional Position Information:
Work from Office




Core Hours: 10 AM 7 PM
Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday

The Desired Attributes:
Must have Experience in End-End Recruitment dealing with Technical BPO hiring
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration.
3 Years -5 Years of recruiting experience preferred
Must have Knowledge Experience on Job Portals/ other social media
Must be Aware of Job Posting/ Mass Mail/ Boolean Search
Expertise in sourcing methodologies bulk hiring through Campus recruitment
Target driven approach
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of HRIS
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
