Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/ERP system.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, and payments.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely project updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Schedule client meetings and site visits.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain sales records.

Qualification
UG / PG - Any Specification

Skills Required
Positive communication skills.
Robust coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
