Role & responsibilities :
Coordinating with Clients & Sales Team
Coordinating with Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all customer orders.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal software and Excel.
Prepare and update MIS reports for tracking orders, sales, and client interactions.
Follow up on client inquiries and providing timely updates & support.
