Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design RD Manager to lead product design, engineering development, and innovation activities for renewable energy and electromechanical systems. The role involves developing new products, improving existing designs, and supporting technical solutions across engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical and electrical design activities for products and systems.
Develop new products and improve existing designs for better performance and reliability.
Manage system-level engineering activities for renewable energy solutions.
Coordinate with manufacturing, application, and service teams for product development.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.




Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.
Prepare and manage engineering documents including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
Provide technical support for field issues and product improvements.
Drive design optimisation for cost, quality, and manufacturability.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of mechanical/electrical product design.
Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
Understanding of renewable energy systems and power electronics.
Valuable problem-solving and project management skills.
Robust technical communication and leadership abilities.
