Lead and manage a team of Gold Loan Executives to achieve business and sales targets.
Oversee branch operations, including gold loan processing, valuation, documentation, and disbursement.
Build solid customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ensure smooth branch operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and security of pledged gold.
Monitor branch performance and guide the team to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare business MIS reports and monitor portfolio quality.
