Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, programmes, facilities, and admission process.
Manage the complete admission journey, from enquiry generation to application, follow-ups, and final enrolment.
Conduct effective parent counselling sessions and address queries professionally.
Regularly follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the school leadership, academic team,



and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent experience.
Build solid relationships with prospective and existing parents while maintaining high standards of service.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in school admissions with reputed schools.
Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust ability to engage with parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Pleasing personality with a skilled and confident approach.
