About the Role

We are expanding our payment ecosystem team and looking for candidates with strong experience in:
Merchant onboarding
Payment gateway onboarding
MID activation
Merchant approval
Payment operations
PSP/TSP ecosystem coordination

This role focuses on onboarding enablement, payment partnerships, merchant activation, and operational coordination across the payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Drive merchant onboarding and activation lifecycle
Coordinate MID onboarding and merchant approval processes
Work closely with onboarding, operations, and risk teams
Support onboarding escalation and merchant enablement
Coordinate with payment gateway and ecosystem partners
Assist in onboarding process optimization and operational coordination
Support high-volume digital merchant onboarding
