Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in designing and maintaining modules for order creation, tracking, and full lifecycle management.
System Architecture: Architect scalable backend processes and database schemas (SQL Server 2018) for tracking employee attendance, active sessions, and detailed work activities.
Advanced User Management: Oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade user management systems, enforcing strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), team structuring, and permission configurations.
Reporting Strategy:



Drive the technical strategy for comprehensive reporting and dashboarding modules, ensuring optimized performance for Excel data exports and system monitoring metrics.
Quality Configuration: Establish coding standards and review processes. Oversee the configuration of miscellaneous master data, utilities, and high-level error tracking matrices to ensure system reliability.
