Job Title: Political Video Editor (Punjab Election)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Political Video Editor to join our campaign team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience editing political campaign content and understand how to create impactful videos for digital platforms. Candidates with knowledge of Punjabi language and Punjab's political landscape will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality political campaign videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and WhatsApp.
Create short-form videos, reels, speeches, interviews, campaign highlights, and promotional content.
Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
Work closely with the content, social media, and campaign strategy teams.
Deliver time-sensitive content during campaign periods.
Maintain a consistent visual style and campaign branding.
Requirements




Positive understanding of Punjabi Language.
Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory (reading, understanding, and editing Punjabi content).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Experience editing vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) and long-form campaign videos.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with political parties, election campaigns, advocacy organizations, or public affairs projects.
Knowledge of current affairs and Punjab politics.
Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
