Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through lead conversion, client engagement, and successful recruitment service deliveryespecially with international clients in the Middle East and South Africa .

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Experience in B2B services or product sales also considered.
- Solid track record of international sales.
- Experience conducting client discovery calls and closing deals with international stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
