Role & responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Oversee General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI, SEZ, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage audits and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and ERP utilization (Sage Intacct/Tally/Xero).
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
- Manage legal and compliance functions,



including verification of statutory compliances, review of client/vendor contracts and NDAs, and compliance tracking; responsible for cross-checking legal and contractual requirements and supporting timely adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven team management and mentoring capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and compliance monitoring.
- 3-4 years of industrial/corporate finance experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct/Tally/Xero).
