Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead statutory audit engagements, manage client relationships, and supervise audit teams. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality audit execution in compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements.
- Lead multiple audit assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within deadlines.
- Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards, Standards on Auditing (SAs), and regulatory requirements.
- Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, and audit plans based on client business operations.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend practical solutions for process improvements.
- Review audit working papers prepared by team members and provide technical guidance.




- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve audit-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with the firm's quality control policies and professional standards.
- Prepare and review management letters, audit reports, and presentations for clients.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate the team.
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory developments.
