Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer Sales Hiring (Off Roll)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume sales hiring for Airtel. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate regular hiring reports.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while ensuring quality of hires.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and/or sales hiring is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, and other hiring platforms.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in telecom, FMCG, BFSI, retail, or other high-volume hiring environments.
- Prior experience in field sales recruitment will be an added advantage.
