Role & responsibilities

- Lead the operation and maintenance of Transformers, HT/LT Panels, DG Sets, HVAC Systems, VRV Air Conditioning Units, Water Generation & Distribution Systems, RO Plant, STP, and other utility equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted power, water supply, and air-conditioning across the Corporate Campus.
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and painting works.
- Supervise maintenance teams and assign daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Projects, and external vendors for procurement, AMC management, project execution, and timely service delivery.
- Maintain engineering documentation, preventive maintenance records, utility consumption reports, DG operations, inventory records, and maintenance budgets.
- Monitor energy consumption, identify energy-saving opportunities, and conduct energy audits.
- Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and operational setup for new projects.
- Ensure statutory compliance, liaison with government authorities, and completion of regulatory approvals and certifications.




- Develop and implement engineering SOPs, maintenance procedures, and safety practices to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement and inventory of critical engineering spares for effective cost control.
- Support corporate events and infrastructure requirements for Annual Day, Navratri, and other campus functions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance staff on new equipment and engineering systems.
- Ensure compliance with CATS, EHS, and company safety standards across engineering operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust experience in Electrical Engineering, Building Utilities, HVAC, Water Systems, and Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Distribution Systems, DG Operations, Transformers, Switchgears, STP, RO Plants, and Utility Management.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning, vendor management, AMC administration, and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
