- Architectural Documentation: Develop detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation (CD Sets), and technical detailing for various project stages.
- Drafting & Detailing: Create floor plans, sections, elevations, and site layouts. Handle specialised tasks like joinery detailing and interior millwork.
- International Standards: Implement US, UK, and Australian architectural codes and apply mark-ups and code comments accurately to drawings.
- 3D Visualization: Work on 3D Visualization and SketchUp modelling projects for principal architects.
- Quality Control: Perform self-checks on drawings to ensure compliance with project templates, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Client Communication: Attend client calls with the Team leaders or project Managers based on client requests.
Preferred candidate profile
- Educational Background: Bachelors in architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or detailing.
- Software Proficiency: * AutoCAD: Essential for 2D drafting and technical detailing.
- SketchUp & Enscape: High proficiency required for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Revit: Basic to working knowledge required for architectural project support.
- Language Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must for interacting with global teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction detailing, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and international building standards.
